TRR 266 Accounting for Transparency
I am a third-year doctoral student at Paderborn University in Germany. In my research, I focus on tax complexity, tax compliance (costs), and tax risk. My work investigates how tax policies influence firm-level behavior, such as compliance, the demand for tax talent, and the relevance of tax control frameworks, thereby contributing to a deeper understanding of modern taxation systems.
I visited the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Fall 2023. I earned my master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, with a focus on Taxation, Accounting, and Finance, from Paderborn University. I finished my master's degree with distinction and was awarded as the best student of the Master's degree program in Taxation, Accounting, and Finance in the graduating class of 2023.
